Cancellation & refund policy

We aim to make membership management easy and transparent. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below.

1. Membership Cancellation

  • Members may cancel by submitting a written request via email or in person at the front desk.
  • Most month‑to‑month memberships require a 30‑day cancellation notice (customize if needed).
  • Prepaid memberships (3‑month, 6‑month, or annual) are non‑refundable but may be paused for medical reasons with documentation.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate billing errors
  • Services not rendered due to gym closure or scheduling issues
  • Medical disability preventing further training (with physician documentation)

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to use the gym
  • Partial months after cancellation notice is submitted

3. Personal Training Refunds

  • Unused personal training sessions are refundable only within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
  • Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited.

4. Class Packages

Class packs are valid for a set period and are non‑refundable once activated.

5. Freezes / Holds

  • Membership holds may be granted for medical reasons, travel, or special circumstances.
  • Holds must be requested in writing and approved by management.
