Prenatal Strength & Wellness Program (6 Months)
Our 6-Month Prenatal Strength & Wellness Program is designed to support expectant mothers through every stage of pregnancy with safe, effective movement and guided wellness support. For $299 per month, this program focuses on maintaining strength, mobility, and energy while prioritizing comfort and safety for both mom and baby.
Each month includes:
1 Prenatal Yoga class per week to improve flexibility, breathing, relaxation, and stress relief
1 Functional Training class per week (no weights) focused on balance, mobility, posture, and everyday movement
1 Light Weights class per week using safe, controlled resistance to maintain muscle tone and joint stability
Personal Training twice per month, customized to your trimester, fitness level, and individual needs
Suggested nutrition plan to support healthy energy levels, proper nourishment, and pregnancy wellness (non-restrictive and guidance-based)
All workouts are low-impact, pregnancy-safe, and led by knowledgeable coaches who understand prenatal fitness. This program is ideal for women looking to stay active, strong, and confident throughout pregnancy while preparing their bodies for labor, recovery, and postpartum life.
