Our postpartum strength & recovery program is designed to help new mothers safely rebuild strength, restore core stability, and regain confidence after childbirth. For $399 per month, this structured program supports your body’s recovery while helping you transition back into higher-intensity training at a smart, sustainable pace.

Each month includes:

  • 1 Yoga class per week focused on mobility, breathing, flexibility, and stress relief

  • 1 Functional Training class per week (no weights) to rebuild core strength, balance, posture, and everyday movement patterns

  • 1 Strength Training class per week using heavier weights to safely increase muscle strength, endurance, and overall conditioning

  • Personal Training twice per month, customized to your postpartum stage, recovery needs, and fitness goals

  • Suggested nutrition plan to support energy, recovery, muscle rebuilding, and overall wellness (guidance-based and lifestyle-friendly)

All workouts are thoughtfully programmed to address common postpartum needs such as core re-engagement, pelvic floor awareness, and gradual strength progression. This program is ideal for women ready to move beyond recovery and step confidently into strength, resilience, and long-term fitness.
